"Delightful Thursdays" with Digital Delights

It's Delightful Thursday again at Digital Delights!
Here we are with another Delightful Thursday and today I would like to show you a "New Release" for the month of March.  This little cute is "Swinging Dolly"  and the sentiment is part of the "Spring Sentiments Set:,  I colored the image with Copics and used a Spellbinders Grand Nestability Labels 4 to make my shaped card.
I added some wonderful pink burlap flowers along with a ribbon that is almost a match to the designer paper. I also shaded around the edge of the image in Memento "Peanut Brittle" Ink. I added 3 light pink pearls and my card was completed.
I almost always finish the insides of my cards. This one was no exception so I decided it was time to show you exactly what it looked like. I used layers from the Grand Nestabilities again and matted a Sentiment about "Happiness" which was a stamp and I am not sure where I got it from.

  2. Really adorable, Joann. That is a very sweet image and such pretty
    burlap flowers in pink.
I only have one set of the Grand Nestabilities....I'm thinking it is this same one as you used. I do love my Grand Calibur. It really cuts the intricate dies so well.

  5. This is so cute and girly. Loving those cheery colours and amazed that you found the ribbon to match those fab papers. The inside of your card is wonderful. I am gradually tying to add more inside mone. I have stayed true to my goal to finish the inside fo mine but they are quite primitive compared to yours.

I have about 50 cards from the last couple of years that I need to go back and try to finish the inside of those to. Not looking forward to that job!

I am going to use your wonderful inspiration and try to make my next card have a truly lovely interior like this one.
PS Love those hot pink burlap flowers!
