Our theme this week is "Your 3 Favorite Colors"
We want to thank Julie Jenner from "Julie's Crafty Creations"
for being our wonderful Guest Designer last week. We have a new Guest
Designer joining us this week! Please help us welcome Shea Marshall of Glitter and BonBons.
You can see Julie's wonderful creation and all the design team's cards over at Love to Create Challenges.
We have two wonderful Sponsors with us this week:
I am showcasing a design by Kathryne of "Stamp Art Design" called "Stitched with Love".
What an adorable image. I love this little framed heart garden...I used Copics to color the image and added some "Stardust" Stickles to the hearts. I then cut some small coral-pink sheer ribbon and tied a knot in them for just a little more depth. My 3 favorite colors are of course red, green, and gold with just a tad of pink thrown in....lol
And again excuse my photo taking abilities.....I die-cut a green doily and added a heart I cut from red felt with a small antique button. Next I added a handmade bow from the sheer ribbon along with a beautiful heart charm on a chain. If you look close you can see where I hand stitched with green floss a straight stitch around the edges of my card. I finished off the front of my card with gold corner dies and red gems.
On the inside I cut a 3/4 heart in green and added another hand cut red felt heart with antique button. I then added a sentiment, "I want to be your Valentine!". The personal message area is cut with a circle Spellbinders die and matted on a heart circle die.
