I am using a wonderful image called "Boogie Pumpkin".   I love this little fella and since the Challenge is Halloween Colors I did my card up in Orange, Purple and Greens! I just love coloring all the designs from Digital Delights.
I colored my pumpkin with Copics and added some "Stardust" stickles to his gloves and shoes.  The sentiment says simply "Happy Halloween". I used Spellbinders dies to cut out the images and the sentiment.
I made a bow of yellow and orange ribbon, added a large purple button with some orange floss thread for the bow in the middle of the button.  Under my image is some wonderful orange burlap for added texture. I finished off the card with some vines in green and a yellow orange. For accent I just added some very pretty purple gems along with some corner dies.

"Saiya Fall'

Hi everyone,
I hope your week is going good.  For me I am busy making cards....I love Halloween and crafting all these sweet, cute images that all the digital artists have done for us.

Today I am going to show you a card I made using an older design by "Karen's Kids" for Stitchy Bear Digital Designs.  This image is called "Saiya Fall".
I had colored my image last year while I was learning to use Copics. Actually it is one of my better images from when I was just learning...lol  I used "Stardust" Stickles on the wings and hat and just a few on the pumpkins.
The image has just about everything I need for a card already in it so I did not overload my card with a lot of
embellishments.  I did add come corner dies with white pearls and some die cut clouds.  Of course some cheesecloth and a sentiment.
I left the inside plain just adding corner dies with the pearls as on the front. I matted my personal message area on orange card stock.

My Card Recipe:
Image - "Saiya Fall" - Stitchy Bear Digital Designs
Sentiment - "Best Witches" - Halloween Sentiments - Digital Delights by LoubyLoo
Corner Dies - Shapeology Corner Die Set - Whimsy Stamps
Ticket Die - Shapeology Dies - Whimsy Stamps
Cloud Die - "Puffy Clouds" - Memory Box - Ellen Hutson LLC.
Everything Else - My Stash

I am entering my card in the following Challenges:
Thanks so much for stopping by today and be sure to check back again in the morning to see what I have created for Delightful Challenges.  I always love your comments and to all my new followers I say a big thank you.

Eureka Stamps Challenges "Guest Designer"

Eureka Stamps
Hi everyone, Today I am lucky to be a Guest Designer over at the Eureka Stamps Challenge.  I love all the wonderful images they have....Their Challenge this week is "Animals".

The image I chose to work with is called "Flying Squirrel".  Isn't he a cutie....I have to say this is my first squirrel card, lol!

I colored the image with Copics and used some "Stardust" Stickles on the leaf. I had some fall designer papers and matched it with some yellow and cranberry card stock. I cut my image out using a Spellbinders die.
I added some clouds which I made using a Memory Box die and gave them some color using ink around them.  The sentiment is also from Eureka Stamps.  I used a fall flower with a brad in the center and a leaf vine that is also a Memory Box die.  Above the sentiment I wanted to make my leaf vine look like flowers by adding the white pearls to them.
On the inside I added a set of triple leaves made by using a Spellbinders die.  I cut the personal message area again using my Spellbinders

My Card Recipe:
Image & Sentiment - "Flying Squirrel" & "Happy Fall" - Eureka Stamps
Dies - Spellbinders - "Labels Fifteen" &" Labels Seventeen" - Hobby Lobby

I used an image by QKR Stampede called "Autumn Friends". I love this image so much.  As with all the digi's from QKR this is just one of my favorites to color.
I started my card with a Kraft Card Base. I colored my image with Copics and then "fancy" cut the image out.  I then triple mounted it on brown designer paper and orange card stock.
I added a flower and some leaf vines in fall colors. I used some corner dies with orange pearls in the centers. On the inside of the card I added a 'Autumn" verse on the top half of the card along with a personal message area with more corner dies.
The verse reads, "The breezes taste of apple peel. The air is full of smells to feel. - Autumn"  I always try to finish the insides of my cards.

Sassy Cheryl's "Cranky Witch"

Hi all my "sassy" friends...Had a little extra time this week and already had this image colored up so thought I would make another Halloween Card with her....The Challenge over at Sassy Cheryl's this week is "Die Cuts" and you all know how much I love these images...

They wanted to see die-cuts and I was determined not to disappoint.....lol
I used a scallop card base and found in my stash this lovely designer paper I have had for years...I realized it would match my image so I pulled it out and matched it with some card stock in yellow-orange and orange.
Of course, I used Copics to color her and I paired her with a wonderful Halloween Sentiment.  I used a Spellbinder die to cut my image out and for the mats also.  I added a picket fence along with some bats using dies from Memory Box.  Some corner dies went into the upper corners where I also added some black pearls.  I finished off the card with a broom that I found somewhere but now can't remember where.  I do know they were in a package of 3 for only $1.99.  I made a broom for one of my cards not too long ago and it turned out nice but was a real mess to make.
On the inside of my card I used the same designer papers and added a computer generated verse that I found on the internet a long time ago. I need to start writing down things because my memory is gone...lol  The verse reads, "Trick or Treat - Give me something good to eat! Give me candy, give me cake, Give me something sweet to take..."  I also used my Spellbinders die to cut the personal message area and the sentiment out.

My Card Recipe:
Image - "Cranky Witch" - Sassy Cheryl's Designs
Sentiment on front - "Ghoulish Sentiments" - Digital Delights by LoubyLoo
Dies - Spellbinders - "Classic Sq. Lg." & "Lg. Deckled Rectangles" - Hobby Lobby
Dies - Memory Box - "Swooping Bats" & "Picket Fence" - SCACD
Corner Dies - "Lace Corner Deco B" - Cheery Lynn Designs - Joan's Gardens

Delightful Challenges "Distressed Style"

Today starts a new Challenge over at Delightful Challenges.  We want to thank everyone who joined us last week. We had some wonderful entries.

We have a wonderful Sponsor this week

£10.00 store voucher

I chose to use the wonderful images from the "Fall Kids Set".   They are adorable......I just love coloring all the designs from Digital Delights.  Instead of using each one of them alone I decided to combine them into a fall scene.
I used my distressing tool on the edges of my card and around the mat for the image. I also distressed the edges of the pennant.  I colored my image with Copics and used ink to distress the edges.  I used a circle sentiment that says, "Autumn Wishes" and used the same ink to distress around it.

I hand-cut the pennants and matted them on baker's twine.  Then I added some fall flower embellishments and cut some small leaves from a Spellbinders die.

My Card Recipe:
Image - "Fall Kids Set" - "Bunting Set" - Sentiment - Digital Delights by LoubyLoo
Copic Sketch Markers - 7 Kids College Fund
Dies - Spellbinders Nestabilities - Labels Seventeen - Hobby Lobby
Dies - Spellbinders Nestabilities - Circle & Scallop - Hobby Lobby
Leaf Die - Spellbinders Shapeabilities - Nested Maple Leaves - Hobby Lobby
