Snowman Thank You

Almost the end of the year and I have been working on Thank You cards for all the Christmas gifts. The card I chose to showcase today is one that when I started planning it I was not sure how it would turn out.  Sometimes you have to be careful using blacks in your cards.  But this time I think it turned out kinda cute...

I used a snowman face design that I believe came from High Hopes.  Then I just used scrap cardstock and papers, left over embellishments and of course the copics and the stardust stickles.

This was such an easy card to complete.  Hope you like it, I had fun making this card!  Thanks for stopping by today, your comments are very much welcome.

Half Moon Santa

It's a little chilly here in Alabama and rainy. So I headed to the craft room to get a few things accomplished. Of course cleaning wasn't tops on my list of things to do....

Today's card is a design by Sassy Cheryl (one of my fav's).  It is called Half Moon Santa and it is so much fun to color.  Especially if you use the Stardust Stickle's by Ranger.  Ohhhh, I just can't live without them... Very easy card to complete, just used some scrap cardstock that I had laying around and the die-cuts are from Spellbinders.  All the embellishments are from Hobby Lobby. You must think by now that I go to Hobby Lobby everyday but I live in a small town and that is the only craft store besides Joann's.  So not every day but every other day!!!

I loved making the card and hope you like it also.  Have a good day and thanks for stopping by.

    Christmas Angel

Still more Christmas challenges out there so again today I have a new Christmas card.  This is a design from Cuddly Buddly, Wee Stamps, called "Fairy Angel".  I used one of the scalloped circle's from the Best Creations, "Merry Christmas" package that I purchased from Susana at SCADC.  You can check out her store under the "Shops" section of this blog.  The die-cuts are from Spellbinders and  I used Stardust Stickles on the angels wings. They also can be purchased at SCADC.

      Teacup Fairy Angel

Today's card is a design by Mo Manning, "Teacup Fairy".  I love this image as I love all of Mo's images and love to color them.  Of course I used Copic's to color it.  The card has been punched along the bottom with a Martha Stewart Scalloped Punch and the die's are from Spellbinders.  The other embellishments are all from Hobby Lobby (love them too).

Hope everyone is recovering and thanks so much for stopping by today.  Have fun crafting...

        Snowman Winter

Hi Everyone, hope your sanity is returning. It was a very gray, gloomy day here in Alabama so I got out to see a movie with my son.  So that was special for me.

Today I have a white on white card (with a little pink and blue).  The snowman design is from Sassy Cheryl called "Winter Snowman".  I colored it using Copic's, added some Stardust Stickles to the lettering and the snowman's scarf.  The die cuts are from SpellBinders and the ribbon bow and the white flowers are from my scrap pile.

I hope all of you are enjoying these days after Christmas and crafting...Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic day.

        The Simplest of Gifts

Today's card is from one of my favorite designers, Sassy Cheryl, and this design is "The Simplest of Gifts".  This card is very unconventional since it has none of the normal Christmas colors.

I used Copic markers to color the image and all the colored cardstock is from Basic Grey, Core'dinations.  The flourish die is from Memory Box, Elegant Scrollwork.  The cardstock and the die came from SCADC.  The embellishments are from Hobby Lobby and Michael's.

Hope you enjoy my card for today.  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

        Tilda Yummy Christmas

Hope everyone is winding their Christmas shopping down, but if not well take a deep breath, grab a cup of coffee and start blogging for awhile. Today I am showing my latest Christmas card. Not your usual red and green, I decided to take a softer approach and use some pinks.

The design is a Magnolia Stamp, Tilda,  from the Yummy for your Tummy Collection, ribbon is just some scrap ribbon I had left over and I used Copics to color her. The embellishments are all from Hobby Lobby and the background paper is a Christmas design from Memory Box, Yuletide Design Pack which I purchased from SCADC. The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat.  I love those Stardust Stickles by Ranger and applied some on the lollypop and her socks.

As usual I hope you have enjoyed my card today and if so, feel free to leave a comment.  Come back soon and have a great day.

I have entered this card in the following challenges:

        Daddy's Girl

Hi Everyone, time for a new card today.  It is raining here in Alabama, so let's brighten things up a little and try to bring some sunshine out!

This is a lovely design from Mo Manning called "Guilty May".  Isn't she just the cutest!!!  I used a solid orange cardstock from Joann's Fabric and the ribbon for the bow is also from Joann's.  Of course I used Copics to color her and some Stardust Stickles by Ranger to add a few sparkles.  The flower embellishments are from Hobby Lobby, the sentiment says "daddy's girl" and the inside of the card also has the flower embellishments and the sentiment "What would I do without you".

I hope you enjoy my card for today and maybe she will bring a small smile to all of you!  Thanks for stopping by and be sure and leave a comment.  Hope your day is a good one!
