"Delightful Thursdays" at Digital Delights

It's "Delightful Thursday" again at Digital Delights!

These weeks just seem to fly by nowadays....Today I am using the beautiful image "Mothering Frame". It is such a lovely image and can be used for so many different occasions. Which is why I have not used a sentiment on my card.

I colored the image with "Copics" and added some "Wink of Stella" along with the buttons. My bow at the top of my card is a die-cut I found on the "Silhouette Store". The image itself was cut out with my "Silhouette Cameo" and matted on a green background. All the papers are from my stash.
I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

"Guest Designer" at Word Art Wednesday

Hello everyone, again today I am honored to be the "Guest Designer" at

As you all know the month of July is almost over and so my time as the "Guest Designer"  is coming to an end as well. I have enjoyed the month here so much and want to say a big thank you to everyone for having me.

So for my card today I started with a white card base and I printed the verse for this week on white card stock as well. My designer papers are from a lovely paper pack "Embellish by Dena - happi boy". I used a flourish frame die-cut I found online at the "Silhouette Store" and to keep my card simple I just added a bow and enamel dots.

So continuing through to the end of July we are having a
"Anything Goes" Challenge over at "Sassy Cheryl's Neighborhood"

There are so many cute new images over at "Sassy Cheryl's Stamps"

It was really hard to decide which one to use first...But I think this one is just as sweet as it can be.  It is called "How's About A Hug" and you can find it here...

So I used one of the pre-made white card bases from "Craft Shoppe" and added some card stock and papers from my stash. I colored the image with Copics and matted it on designer paper from a paper pack by Kathy Davis called "Journeys". The sentiment is computer generated and not much room for many embellishments so I just added a small bow and some enamel dots.
I am entering my card in the following Challenges:
Be sure to get your wonderful creations in the "Anything Goes" challenge on Facebook and remember you have until the end of the month.  Thanks so much for stopping by and I wish you all a wonderful weekend and I hope to see all of you on Facebook at "Sassy Cheryl's Neighborhood".

"Delightful Thursdays" at Digital Delights

It's "Delightful Thursday" again at Digital Delights!

Hi everyone!!! I cannot believe how fast this week is going for me anyway....Today I decided to do a "Christmas in July" card. I could add in non-traditional colors to that as well....

I am using the digital image of "Ribbon Ornament".  I colored the ornaments with my "Copics" and added some "Wink of Stella" and "Diamond Dust" to make them sparkle. I tried to make a bow (lol) and added a few small flowers to the center. I added a banner with a "Christmas Blessings" sentiment which is from the "Christmas Hugs Sentiment Set". The banner is a die cut I got off of the "Silhouette Cameo Online Site".

"Guest Designer" at Word Art Wednesday

Hello everyone, again today I am honored to be the "Guest Designer" at

I decided to try something a little different today. I had this wonderful paper pack "Embellish by Dena - happi boy" that I just love. I also have the girl version and I purchased them both from Joann's Fabric's and Crafts. One of the 12 x 12 sheets was this vari-color zig zag. So I measured down my card and hand cut the piece the size I needed. I then cut my mat to match and printed the wonderful Bible verse on my computer. My flower is a die from "Lifestyle  Crafts - Bloom".  I added a enamel dot to the center of the flower and was done.

"Queenie" Pollycraft - C. C. Designs

"Queenie"

Hello everyone!!! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and it's back to work for some of you today.  So I will try to do my part to put a smile on your face....

Very rarely do I use rubber stamps....I am mostly a digital gal but who could resist this little "cutie"!  Her name is "Queenie" and she is a Pollycraft Stamp available at C.C. Designs and you can find her here. I just love these adorable stamps and yes I treated myself to quite a few of them.

I used a white scallop card base and added some card stock and designer papers from my stash. My die-cut is from the "Silhouette Library" and my little flowers are from a small punch I bought years ago. I used my "Copics" to color the image and added a light touch of "Wink of Stella" on her wings.  The last step was to add the pearls.
I would like to enter my card in the following Challenges:
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I want to thank my new followers as well as those of you who have been with me awhile. I have been a little under the weather but hope to be getting better soon. Have a wonderful week ahead.

So continuing through to the end of July we are having a
"Anything Goes" Challenge over at "Sassy Cheryl's Neighborhood"

I really love getting to color and design some of the older images.and this one
is one of my favorites. It is called "Hanging Out To Dry" and can be found here
at "Sassy Cheryl's Stamps". And one of the great things is there are 2 other bear
stamps included with this one. All for one special price, so be sure to check it out.
I colored the image with Copics and added a small amount of "Wink of Stella" to his nose and patches. I found the card base online at the "Silhouette Store" and welded the shape into a card. I then cut my layers out with my Cameo and cut my image out with my "Spellbinders Circle Die and Scallop Circle Die". The flowers are homemade using the "Daisy Patch Diecuts" from "Heartfelt Creations" and "Lifestyle Crafts Daisy Blooms Diecuts". I added a red bow and enamel dots to the middle of the bow and the center of the flowers.
